- Payment methods accepted include e-deposit, wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard & Cheques (oac).
- For initial first time orders full payment is required before the order is shipped.

- All sales final. All returns require authorization and are subject to 25% restocking charge.

- All deliveries shipped via courier will reach within 1-10 business days based on the proximity of the delivery location.
- Any time sensitive or rush deliveries must be notified at the time of order. Freight charges will be different for those deliveries.
- Deliveries weighing more than 200 lbs. May be shipped via trucking company to save freight cost.
- Any use of truck equipment (tail gate, appointment for delivery, hand bombing etc.) Will be subject to extra charge.
- Warehouse pick-up hours are 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday.

- Damaged or missing products must be notified by the customer within 24 hours after receipt of the goods with supportive documents.
- Any credits or refunds will be processed after the claim is settled with the freight companies.
- Sample Orders – We do not charge for samples of products that are valued below $10 and only shipping costs must be paid.
- Sample Orders – On subsequent order of over $1000 (before taxes), a credit for the initial sample order amount (maximum $50 credit) will be applied.
