All returns require authorization and are subject to 25% restocking charge.<\/li>\n<li>No Returns\/Exchanges Accepted After 30 Days of Purchase. No Exceptions.<\/li>\n<li>Credit Note (no refund) will be issued on all returns\/exchanges.<\/li>\n<li>All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping can be purchased through us at a discounted rate.<\/li>\n<li>All returns should be in original packing, undamaged &amp; linens unwashed.<\/li>\n<li>All returns, including samples, must be in original condition; any damaged items will not be accepted &amp; will be invoiced.<\/li>\n<li>Any custom, non-stocking &amp; bulk orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once confirmed &amp; processed.<\/li>\n<li>Any volume\/bulk orders (over $3000) 50% deposit is required, remaining balance due before delivery unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<li>Any custom orders (Contract fabrics, mattresses, beds, furniture etc.) 50% deposit is required, remaining balance due before delivery unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<li>All deliveries shipped via courier will reach within 1-10 business days based on the proximity of the delivery location.<\/li>\n<li>Any time sensitive or rush deliveries must be notified at the time of order. Freight charges will be different for those deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Deliveries weighing more than 200 lbs. May be shipped via trucking company to save freight cost.<\/li>\n<li>Any use of truck equipment (tail gate, appointment for delivery, hand bombing etc.) Will be subject to extra charge.<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse pick-up hours are 10am \u2013 4pm Monday \u2013 Friday.<\/li>\n<li>All prices are subject to change without notice.
