All pricing quoted by Omland Hospitality is based on current import duty rates at the time the quote is issued. However, we cannot guarantee that quoted prices will remain unchanged if import duties are altered prior to the delivery of goods.
If there is any adjustment in tariffs or duties before the order is fulfilled, the difference in cost will be passed along to the customer, and the final invoice will reflect the updated amount. This ensures compliance with Canadian customs regulations and maintains the integrity of our operations.

Due to ongoing and unpredictable changes in import duties imposed on goods sourced from outside of Canada, there may be impacts on pricing between the time a quote is issued and the time of delivery.
In recent months, the Canadian government has implemented tariff and duty changes on a variety of imported goods—particularly those coming from the United States and other international partners. These updates often occur with little to no notice, and directly affect the landed cost of imported hospitality furniture and products.
As a result, price quotes provided today may no longer reflect the final cost at the time of delivery if import duties are increased or modified before your order is fulfilled.
To ensure transparency, we want to clearly communicate our pricing policy moving forward:
All prices quoted are based on current import duty rates at the time of quotation. If duties or trade conditions change before the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any resulting price differences due to those adjustments.
