Warranty

OMLAND HOSPITALITY’S LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. APPLICABILITY

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Omland Hospitality Products Ltd. (“Omland”) and becomes effective upon the delivery date of the product. It is non-transferable.

  1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Omland will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture determined to be defective in material or workmanship under the terms and conditions outlined herein. If a repair is deemed impractical, Omland will provide a substitute of the same or similar item.

  1. INSPECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Upon receipt of the delivery, the customer must inspect all packaging before signing the trucking bill of lading or delivery slip. If any package damage or broken product pieces are identified, the customer should note it on the slip and inform the delivery driver. Alternatively, if significant damage is observed, the customer has the option not to accept the delivery and must immediately contact Omland Hospitality to report the damages.Customers must report any damage on the BOL at the time of delivery.

  1. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Omland will honor any manufacturer factory defects found in the purchased item. The customer must provide images and descriptions of said defects, and Omland, at its discretion, will inspect the damaged product provisions. Omland will either have the factory repair or replace the item in a timely manner.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship at the factory.
