Collaborating with carriers, we secure the best shipping rates using 3 different quotes. Your quote or final order confirmation includes taxes and freight details. Heavy or bulky items are generally shipped on skids via truck, with shipping arrangements specified on your confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Freight estimates may vary and will be adjusted on the final invoice.
Deliveries over 200 lbs. may ship via truck, with value-added services (e.g., tailgate, inside delivery) billed separately.
Ground courier deliveries take 1-10 business days; rush or special delivery requests must be specified during ordering.
Inside delivery must be requested at the time of ordering to check availability and cost.
Receiving and Inspection:
While receiving goods from the carrier, inspect for damages, note any issues on the Bill of Lading, and take pictures.
Notify Omland of damaged/missing goods within 24 hours with documentation.
Our wholesale platform emphasizes consistency. Unless there’s a manufacturing defect, all sales are final.
Returns require authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and are eligible for a credit note (no refunds).
Returns must be within 30 days, in original packaging, undamaged, and (for linens) unused/unwashed.
Custom, bulk, and non-stocking orders cannot be canceled or returned once processed.
